Honda Prologue Preview: Design

Take one look at the upcoming SUV, and you’ll immediately take note of the futuristic design. The Honda Prologue’s exterior design chief, Jiro Ikeda, said the aesthetic of the new SUV “signals the road ahead” with a “neo-rugged design.” The stance is more narrow and streamlined, the grille is angular and aggressive, the silhouette is clean and sleek. Expect to draw looks both on- and off-road, along with onboard options like:

• 21-inch wheels
• 11.3-inch infotainment touchscreen
• 11.0-inch digital gauge
• Panoramic roof
• Matrix LED Headlamps and trapezoidal grille
• 102.6 cubic feet of cabin space
• Bose stereo system with tweeter speakers

Honda Prologue Preview: EV Technology

Between models like the fuel cell-powered Clarity and the hybrid Insight, Honda is no stranger to green technology. But the Honda Prologue features brand new EV-specific technology that takes your driving experience to the next level in Bethel Park. Like the GMC Hummer EV and Cadillac Lyriq, the Honda Prologue will utilize the new scalable Ultium battery-electric architecture. Given its similar size to the Lyriq, many predict a 100-kWh lithium-ion cell battery with over 300 miles of range. However, the official specs are still under wraps for now.
